WHS5 Emergency Update/Patch (Resolved)
Affecting Server - WHS5 [Tampa, US] | Priority - Critical

A security issue has been discovered on WHS5 that could cause data to be exposed to attackers.

No data has actually been exposed, and we've secured the system to ensure that it doesn't happen (blocking the attack vectors).

However, to be sure -- we will have to fully and completely patch this system tonight.

Thank you for your patience.

Scheduled Maintenance to DNS Servers (Resolved)
Affecting System - WHSX (WebsiteHostingServerX.com and all DNS) | Priority - Critical

On 12/17/2014 between 1AM and 6AM we will be performing, an upgrade on the WHSX (WebsiteHostingServerX.com) DNS Block which affects a single server, however, will result in perceived downtime of about 6 hours (intermittently) for any and all sites that rely on WHSX for DNS resolution.

This upgrade will take about 6 hours to roll out, and should transition smoothly but will cause intermittent downtime for all sites relying on WHSX for DNS resolution as mentioned above.

Thank you for your patience!

Network Outage on 74.50.103.133 - 74.50.103.1 (Resolved)
Affecting System - 74.50.103.133 - 74.50.103.156 | Priority - Critical

This afternoon, I discovered a routing issue on WHSX servers (74.50.103.133 - 74.50.103.156).

If your server is on one of these IP's, your site(s) will likely be offline and not responding at the moment.

I am working with the data center now to resolve the issue.

The data center has identified this issue as temporary and says that it should be resolved momentarily.

UPDATE (4:46 PM): Issue has been resolved and is now being closed.  Thanks for your patience.
